Frankston City Libraries has three library branches - Frankston Library, Carrum Downs Library, and Seaford Library.

Our buildings and car park are wheelchair accessible. We also offer a range of access services and amenities.

Quiet times

Our branches are often busy, especially during school holidays, weekends, and our popular Storytime Sessions. To visit the library outside of these busier periods, you can view our Storytime Calendar or take a look at our What's On page to see what events may be taking place. 

Getting here

Frankston

Frankston Library can be reached by train. The Frankston train station platforms can be accessed via Fletcher Rd or Young Street. The station is a 450m walk from the library. There are multiple bus routes stopping at Frankston Train Station.

Carrum Downs

Carrum Downs Library can be accessed by the 832 and 720 bus routes stopping at Carrum Downs Shopping Centre. The shopping centre is a 350m walk from Carrum Downs Library. 

Seaford

Seaford Library is a 30m walk from Seaford Train Station. The 780 and 760 bus routes stop at this station. It is on the Frankston line.
