A creative storytelling and reflection workshop for men.Some are funny stories we love telling. Some are moments that have shaped us. Others are stories we quietly repeat to ourselves about who we are, what we should be able to handle, or what our future might look like.In this relaxed and supportive workshop, local author and community advocate Joe Bakhmoutski will guide participants through a series of simple storytelling and journalling activities.We will begin with the lighter stories - the unusual moments, characters and experiences that make life interesting - before exploring the stories that matter to us and the stories we tell ourselves.There is no pressure to share personal writing or experiences. Everyone can write privately, join the conversation, or simply listen.
