Frankston City Libraries provides 30 minute, one-on-one sessions, designed to help you with the tech basics - whether it’s downloading an eBook, settings on a device, understanding apps, organising files, using email, or getting comfortable with everyday digital tasks.

What We Can Help With

  • Adjusting basic settings on phones, tablets, and computers
  • Downloading eBooks and eAudiobooks
  • Filling out simple online forms
  • Sending and receiving emails
  • Downloading or uploading digital photos
  • Installing and using apps
  • Getting started with social media or learning a specific feature (posting, messaging family or friends, creating an account)
  • Navigating websites and finding information online
  • Connecting to and using Wi‑Fi

What We Cannot Assist With

  • Giving purchasing advice (we can’t recommend specific devices, systems, or software)
  • Installing operating systems or other complex software
  • Repairing broken devices or troubleshooting major phone issues.
