Library Services

Computers, Internet, and Printing

Frankston, Carrum Downs and Seaford libraries all offer convenient self‑service printing and photocopying for library members. Each location also provides public computers. Free Wi‑Fi is available at all three libraries.

Book a Computer

Use your library card to book a computer before you arrive at the library.

Basic Tech Help

A 30 minute, one-on-one session designed to help you with the basics - whether it’s downloading an eBook, settings on a device, understanding apps, organizing files, using email, or getting comfortable with everyday digital tasks.

Home Library Service

Frankston City Libraries offers a home library delivery service if you are unable to come to the library.

Binge Bags

A binge bag is a curated selection of items in your chosen genre. Our team will compile your binge bag for you, ready to collect.

Book Club

Everything you need to know about our Book Club Program

Home Energy Saver Toolkits

Home Energy Saver Toolkits are now available for loan from Frankston City Libraries, including portable induction cooktops, thermal imaging cameras, and contact thermometers.
