Join Australian Idol winner, performer, speaker and podcast host Kate DeAraugo for an inspiring evening of conversation, music and connection.

As someone with lived experience of addiction, mental health challenges and recovery, Kate will share her personal journey with honesty and vulnerability, reflecting on resilience, self-worth, hope and the power of asking for help. Her story is one of overcoming adversity and discovering purpose through healing. 

This event aims to and invites meaningful conversations about mental health, reducing stigma and supporting one another.

The evening will also feature an audience Q&A, offering the opportunity to ask questions, and will cap off with a short live acoustic performance from Kate. 

Whether you're a young person looking for inspiration, navigating challenges of your own, supporting a friend, or you're a parent or carer wanting to better understand and support the young people in your life, this promises to be an uplifting and memorable evening.
