This unique workshop offers a welcoming space for connection and purposeful conversations on the power of gratitude-a core foundation of life and wellbeing. Through the exploration of writings, quotes, and stories, along with philosophical discussion, participants will uncover how gratitude can positively impact their mental health and holistic wellbeing.

Participants will leave feeling empowered, with a fresh perspective and practical insights to strengthen wellbeing.
