One-on-One Tech Help

Spend time with one of our tech team looking at your phone, tablet, iPad, laptop or other device. One on one sessions are available at our Frankston and Carrum Downs branches. 

Some of the things we can help with are:

  • How to change basic settings on devices
  • Downloading eBooks and eAudiobooks
  • Completing simple online forms
  • Sending and receiving emails
  • Downloading or uploading digital photos
  • Downloading and using apps
  • An introduction to social media platforms or using one particular aspect of social media (posting, messaging message, registering an account)
  • Navigating websites
  • Accessing Wi-Fi


    Please note that we cannot offer purchasing advice, help with installing operating systems or complicated software, or fix broken/damaged/malfunctioning devices. 

 

These sessions are available for up to a maximum of one hour.
