We'd love to hear from you! You may have been visiting libraries for decades or perhaps you have just discovered us. Either way, we'd love to hear your thoughts on everything from Storytime to what you've spotted on our shelves.
Frankston City Council is giving you the opportunity to tell us about your experiences with Frankston City Libraries, including what's working well and any challenges you've faced. We're also interested in learning what matters most to you when it comes to library services and spaces, and hearing your thoughts on some ideas for the future of our library network.
We're looking at how our libraries can continue to grow and evolve to meet the changing needs of our community, including new technologies, different ways people use libraries, and a growing population.
Your feedback will help shape future library services and improvements. We'll consider your responses alongside community research, library usage data and recommendations from our Library Network Analysis to guide both short-term improvements and long-term planning.
