Spend time with one of our tech team looking at your phone, tablet, iPad, laptop or other device. One on one sessions are available at our Frankston and Carrum Downs branches. 

We can help with:

  • settings on your devices
  • downloading eBooks and eAudiobooks
  • completing online forms
  • sending and receiving emails
  • photos
  • downloading and using apps
  • social media
  • websites
  • accessing Wi-Fi and more

Please note that these sessions are available for up to a maximum of one hour.
