Water Safety Storytime - PARC

Calling all kids aged 3–10 years old and their families! Join us for a splashing good time as we dive into the world of water safety with our friends from Peninsula Leisure.

We'll read our favourite water safety books (Annie and the Waves or Rohit at the River), play exciting water-themed games, and learn simple ways to stay safe around water - whether at the beach, pool, or even in your own backyard.

Special guest PARC’s Hydro Mascot will make a splashy appearance, and together we’ll explore essential water safety tips like:

· Recognising water hazards

· Supervision around water

· Responding in emergencies

Unfortunately, the Mornington Peninsula continues to see some of the highest drowning numbers in the state, and sadly, our own Frankston community has felt the impact of recent drowning tragedies as well. Join us as we come together to build a safer and confident community in and around water. Let’s work together to protect our community and change these devastating outcomes.

Please book a ticket for all children attending (no need to book a ticket for the accompanying adults.)
