We’re teaming up with Lyrebird Community Centre in Carrum Downs and the amazing party pros at Bop Till You Drop to bring you an unforgettable afternoon of music, fun, and high-energy entertainment. Please book a ticket for every child attending. No need to book for the accompanying adults. Frankston City Libraries is proud to be able to provide workshops, information sessions and events FREE of charge to the community.
