For kids aged 3-5 years Please book a ticket for each child participating. Join us for a fun summer craft session at Frankston Library. We'll be making jellyfish themed sun-catchers. Frankston City Libraries is proud to be able to provide events FREE of charge to the community. Help us make this event a success by committing only if you can attend. If plans change, please cancel promptly to support our facilitators in preparing for your participation. This will support the ongoing delivery of our programs and ensure access for all the kids in our community. Thank you!
