Seeing Eye Dog Storytime
Next date: Monday, 29 September 2025 | 12:30 PM
to 01:30 PM
For children of all ages, and their families.
Please book a ticket for each child attending. No need to book for the accompanying adults.
Join us at Frankston Library for a Storytime with a difference! We'll be joined by a Vision Australia trainer and gorgeous little seeing-eye-dog-in-training puppy. Enjoy puppy-themed stories, sing some songs, ask all your questions about the training journey, and finish off with a craft activity!
About Vision Australia:
Vision Australia Seeing Eye Dogs is the only national breeder, trainer and provider of dog guides. Seeing Eye Dogs help people who are blind or have low vision to live a more active and independent life, giving them the confidence to move more freely through the community.
Please note that it may not always be possible for the children to pat the puppies, as this can sometimes be overwhelming for them. The trainer will make this decision on the day, based on the pups’ needs. We appreciate your understanding, as the welfare of the puppies is always the top priority.
