Suicide affects millions of lives, yet it’s a topic we often avoid. By coming together to learn, reflect, and take action, we can break the silence, reduce stigma, and create a world where no one has to face this struggle alone.

Join us for Hope in Action, a compassionate and empowering workshop designed to shed light on the realities of suicide and equip you with practical tools to make a difference—for yourself or someone you care about. This session is for anyone who wants to better understand suicide prevention, whether you’re navigating your own mental health journey, supporting a loved one, or simply seeking to be part of the solution. Together, we’ll create a brave and welcoming space to explore this vital topic with honesty, empathy, and hope.

This workshop is a space for connection and growth, where personal stories are shared with courage and compassion. We honour the vulnerability it takes to share and listen, and we’ll provide resources and support to ensure everyone feels safe and respected throughout the experience.

This session will be supported by the Monash University social worker clinic.
