Deep Listening, or merrim ngarrngga in Taungurung, is a shared Indigenous practice of receiving spoken information from another without immediately interpreting or judging what has been said. Blayne Welsh, a First Nations (Wailwan) performing artist and PhD candidate, will guide us through the act of creating a personal totem, to help form a greater understanding of self and also of others. This event is free and bookings are essential.
