Our JP Services will pause between 23 December and 15 January.
Our branches will close for Christmas at 3pm on Tuesday 24 December. Frankston and Carrum Downs Libraries will reopen on Thursday 2 January and Seaford will reopen on Monday 6 January 2025.

Frankston City Libraries is thrilled to be planning out the 2022 season of The Sunday Sessions. This is your chance to share your music, meet locals and spread the joy of creativity with the community.
If you’re a local soloist, part of a dynamic acoustic duo or a member of an artistic trio, who’d love a Sunday gig, then we’d love to hear from you!
