We've had a makeover!

The Frankston library branch will return to full library services as of 30 July as it reopens to the public following our refurbishment. You’ll be welcomed back to a refreshed interior and collection. Take a look at our upcoming events and activities and plan your visit to the library to check it all out. You cannot judge a book by its cover but we think you will love the changes.

Please note – the Library Community Lounge will be closed from Thursday 28 July.

The Carrum Downs Library branch has new opening hours from 1 August onwards. The new opening hours will be as follows:

Monday-Wednesday: 10am - 6pm
Thursday: 10am -10pm
Friday: 10am - 6pm
Saturday: 10am - 1pm
Sunday: 1pm - 4pm

These new hours offer more consistent access to the library for the community. We look forward to seeing you soon!
