Know someone who loves to read or listen to books, but can’t get to the library? Frankston City Libraries offer a FREE delivery service!

Who is this service for? 

Community Members who live in the Frankston City municipality and:

  • have a disability
  • are too frail to visit the library
  • have mobility issues or
  • have blindness/low vision


Our volunteers deliver a range of resources at an agreed time and frequency.  Items available include books, magazines, large print books, talking books, films and documentaries, and music CDs.
