How Many Can I Have?

You can borrow up to 10 eBooks and audiobooks, maximum loan period is 21 days.

With magazines, there are no holds, no checkout/loan periods, and no limit to the number of magazines and comics you can read or download.

What do I Need to Access it?

Web or full library membership, and your Frankston City Libraries card number and password.

An email account.

The RBdigital app if using an Apple or Android phone or tablet.

Internet access to view and download eBooks, audiobooks and magazines. eBooks and audiobooks can be accessed without internet once downloaded.

Getting started

Creating an account using an internet browser

1. Go to the RBdigital home page to create an account, and press REGISTER at the top-right corner of the page.

2. Enter your details, then press the REGISTER button. Once your account has been created, you will be directed to their support page.

3. You can now browse the catalogue and view/listen to items using your browser. Press the menu at the top-left corner of the page, and select the resource you want to search for.

Creating an account using the RBdigital App

1. Download, install and open the RBdigital app.

2. Select Register Now.

3. Choose Australia for country.

4. In the Choose Library field, search for 'Frankston' and select Frankston City Libraries. Then select Create Account.

5. Enter in your details and press Register.
