Volunteering at the Library

Learn more about how to volunteer with Frankston City Libraries

Volunteers are an important part of our library service delivery and play a vital role in the creation of a viable and sustainable local community.

Our Frankston and Carrum Downs branches offer some exciting volunteer opportunities:

  • Home Library Service: collect and deliver library items to members of our community who are unable to visit their library.
  • Trove Editing: help make our history searchable by editing the electronically translated text in Trove’s digitised newspapers.
