Tea and Mindfulness brings the beauty and calmness of mindfulness into our lives through tea. We’ll learn ‘Tea Bag Zen’ and how to create our own home tea ritual so we can bring a new level of calm and appreciation into our lives. A short guided relaxation, tea poetry and a discussion of tea ceremonies and culture, along with tea tastings, will weave through this session.
