At Frankston City Libraries, we're excited to be able to bring you access to Find My Past and Ancestry Library Edition in a different way, allowing you to continue your genealogy research from home. 

Normally, you would need to come into the library to gain access to these exceptional family history platforms free of charge, but while we're closed, the creators of each have provided FREE home access for our members. 

 

Find My Past

Trace your ancestry and build a family tree by researching extensive birth records, census data, obituaries and more with Find My Past.

To access Find My Past visit their website and log in with these special login details.

Ancestry Library Edition

Ancestry Library provides access to billions of historical documents, millions of historical photos, plus local narratives, oral histories, indexes and other resources in over 30,000 databases that span from the 1500s to the 2000s.

To access Ancestry Library Edition, login to Frankston City Libraries.  Select Home in the top left corner.  Select Ancestry in the right-hand menu.  This link will not be visible if you have not logged in.
