Easter School Holiday Program

Easter is coming and so are the Frankston City Libraries Easter School Holiday activities!

Things to know

  • Bookings open Monday 19 March 2018
  • Sessions are specifically designed for each age group. We ask that you only book children of the appropriate age into each session.
  • Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Only book tickets for children attending the event – accompanying adults do not require a ticket.
  • We ask that children not bring food to the holiday program in consideration of other children who may have allergies.
  • For sessions that have a cost, payments must be made at time of booking at either Frankston, Carrum Downs or Seaford Libraries. *No refunds available.


Slime Factory

Wednesday 4 April @ Carrum Downs Library

Create some squelchy slime to take home. Please dress for mess!

Beading - Hanging Art

Thursday 5 April @ Seaford Library

Create your own, unique ’Hanging Art’ with a variety of beads and craft materials. All items provided.

Ailsa Wild & Squishy Taylor

Friday 6 April @ Frankston Library

Join Ailsa as she speaks about Squishy Taylor, shows her circus tricks, and gathers the children’s ideas for a story they will create and perform.
COST: $5 - bookings essential
Suitable for ages 5-12 years

Stained Glass Craft

Panorama Theatre Company – Beauty & the Beast

Tuesday 10 April @ Frankston Library

Join members of the cast of Beauty & the Beast for an interactive session of stories and songs from their upcoming musical.

Federation Handbells Workshops

Wednesday 11th April @ Frankston Library
Session 1: 10am-1pm, Session 2: 2pm-5pm
12 people maximum per session.

Learn how to use handcrafted handbells, created to celebrate the Centenary of Federation in 2001.The workshop will include an introduction in creating music with the handbells and filming for the Federation Handbells Hubs Network.

Paw Patrol Storytime

Thursday 12 April @ Seaford Library

Join us for a paw-tastic storytime, as we celebrate our favourite neighbourhood rescue dogs! We will read Paw Patrol books, sing, dance and make some Paw Patrol inspired craft!

Science is Everywhere! Science is Fun!
