While our physical library doors will close with the Victorian lockdown, we wanted to let you know how you can access your library resources during this time.

  • Frankston, Carrum Downs and Seaford libraries will be closed in-line with the Victorian lockdown but the return chutes are open.
  • Take advantage of our Click-and-Collect service by visiting the Frankston City Libraries website to browse and search the catalogue for items, then reserve the items with your library card.
  • We will let you know when your items become available, and invite you to book a collection time.
  • Binge Bags are back! Reserve yours now via the Frankston City Libraries website or give the library team a call on 9784 1020.
  • All items out on loan have been extended (and we don’t have late fines anymore anyway).
  • If you, or someone you know, can’t visit your local library, please contact us and we’ll arrange a home delivery for you.
  • Although the physical library doors will be closed, our online eBooks, eAudiobooks, music and movie streaming services are available 24 hours a day. Visit our eLibrary.

We have loved seeing you back in our libraries and look forward to seeing you again soon.

If you are visiting a library for click-and-collect please bring your library bag with you, stay safe by maintaining good hygiene, keep your distance from others and if you feel unwell please stay home.
