When Perry is forced by his mum to attend an ‘authentic’ Roman festival while on holiday in France, he steps into a crumbling ruin and gets instantly transported 1700 years back to the Roman Empire. Unfortunately, the Romans take him for a slave boy!

Rich in historical detail, educational and highly entertaining, Anna’s work has a broad appeal for both boys and girls. For the research process, Anna collaborated with her sister Tamara Lewit - a professional archaeologist and historian specialising in Ancient Rome.

Please join us to explore Ancient Rome with Anna Ciddor on Wednesday 7 July at 11am at Frankston Library. This event is free but bookings are essential as numbers are limited.

The Boy Who Stepped Through Time can be purchased on the day thanks to Robinsons Bookshop or via their online store: Anna will be signing copies of The Boy Who Stepped Through Time.

This event would be perfect for children aged 7-13.
