To renew your loans, login to your account with your User ID (membership card number) and PIN.

Once logged in, click on the Current loans link to see a list of items on your card.

To renew items, either click on the Renew All option or tick in the box next to the item/s that you want to renew and then click on the Renew Selections option.

Please note that you cannot renew items yourself if they are overdue or if they are reserved by another customer. To renew overdue items, please either call the Library on 9784 1020 during opening hours or bring them to one of our service points.

You can only renew each item once.

Reserved items cannot be renewed.

If you do not have a PIN, please phone us on 9784 1020 during opening hours and ask for a PIN to be added to your membership.
